Pursuant to the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), all types of information that make your identity identifiable or determinable, including your special category personal data, may be processed by Pakel Çikolata Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Company”) as the data controller.
Processing personal data refers to any operation performed on data, including obtaining, recording, storing, retaining, modifying, reorganizing, disclosing, transferring, classifying, or preventing their use.
The protection of your personal data is of vital importance to us. We want to assure you that we take all necessary precautions and remain fully transparent in this regard.

Employee personnel records, identity and contact details, details of their children and other relationships (AGI processes), medical records, vehicle registration numbers, driver’s license details, accident reports, bank account details, professional qualification certificates, fingerprints, visual and audio data, criminal record numbers, photographs, video recordings, warnings, disciplinary actions, and judicial records.

Your data is processed and securely stored for the purposes mentioned above and is never shared with third parties except as required by legal regulations or with your explicit consent.

Authorized public institutions and organizations due to legal obligations arising from regulations such as the Turkish Commercial Code (TTK), Tax Procedure Law (VUK), Social Security Law (SGK), Labor Law, Occupational Health and Safety Law, and the Vocational Qualification Institution Law,

Independent auditing firms for conducting audit processes,
Vocational training service providers,
Business partners, suppliers, subsidiaries, shareholders, and companies that support us in our business processes,

Methods of Collecting Your Personal Data
Your personal data is collected through various methods and legal grounds to monitor and conduct our business operations. Data collection methods include:

Order forms, customer information forms, return forms, supplier information forms, contact information forms, purchase request forms, current account opening forms, commercial documents, payment details, promissory notes, candidate application forms, complaint/request/contact forms, assignment and inventory forms, and other similar written notifications.
Your personal data may also be obtained from third parties, such as domestic/international subsidiaries, shareholders, partner institutions, official bodies, and other third parties, in both automated and non-automated ways.
Your Rights Under Article 11 of the KVKK
As a data subject, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company through the methods specified in this Information Notice, we will conclude the request free of charge as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the Personal Data Protection Board determines a fee, our Company will charge the specified fee according to the tariff.
Within this scope, you have the right to:
a) Learn whether your personal data is processed,
b) Request information if your personal data has been processed,
c) Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used for its intended purpose,
d) Learn the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred in Turkey or abroad,
e) Request correction if your personal data is incomplete or inaccurate and request notification of such changes to third parties,
f) Request the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring its processing no longer exist and request notification of such actions to third parties,
g) Object to the emergence of a negative result against you through automated data processing,
h) Demand compensation if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
