Pakel Ethics Line aims to ensure that any ethical violations encountered within our company are reported to the Pakel Ethics Board Chairman and that the necessary procedures for investigating these violations are applied meticulously.

You are not required to provide your name when making a report. Your identity and contact information will be kept strictly confidential, and the confidentiality of the reports will be maintained throughout the necessary investigation process.

All ethical violations will be carefully evaluated by the Pakel Chocolate Ethics Board and resolved within a short period of time. After the approval of the Chairman of the Board of Directors, appropriate actions or measures will be determined, and necessary steps will be taken.

WHAT IS THE ETHICS LINE AND WHAT DOES IT DO?

The Ethics Line was established to provide help and support regarding our corporate principles, codes of conduct, issues such as discrimination, mobbing, and conflict of interest, to resolve existing disputes, and to prevent problems from arising.
